Growing up my parents would also cook dinner, we would rarely go out. As a kid my parent should put me to work in the kitchen, cutting this and that, so I was always around cooking. Once I went to college I started really cooking on my own because the cafe was terrible. And slowly I just grew to love cooking more and more. A few years back I started challenging myself to try more unique dishes and learn how to cook new things. Using colleagues, the internet, and trial and error I started to learn the true art of cooking. I truly love cooking and it has become one of my favorite pastimes; I am at home in a kitchen.
