Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 8 pieces flaky biscuits
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 medium onion caramelized
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess grease. Stir in caramelized onions.
  3. Cut open each biscuit and fill with the beef mixture and a slice of provolone cheese. Close them up like little packages.
  4. Place biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  5. While baking, heat beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a small pot until warmed through.
  6. Serve biscuits hot with dipping sauce.
