Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup fresh salsa
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground meat with cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook in the skillet until browned.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet; add a layer of cheese over half and top with cooked meat.
  4. Fold the tortilla to cover the filling. Cook until cheese is molten and edges are crispy.
  5. Carefully flip the taco and cook until both sides are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with fresh salsa and sour cream.
