- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat with cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook in the skillet until browned.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet; add a layer of cheese over half and top with cooked meat.
- Fold the tortilla to cover the filling. Cook until cheese is molten and edges are crispy.
- Carefully flip the taco and cook until both sides are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Serve topped with fresh salsa and sour cream.
