  • 1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey for non-vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola for added crunch
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes unsweetened

Method
 

Prepare the Chia Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens.
Serve
  1. Once the pudding has thickened, stir well and divide into serving cups.
  2. Top with fresh berries, granola, and coconut flakes as desired.
