Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter with the sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended. Form tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Allow to cool completely.
- Dip each cooled cookie ball into melted chocolate melts and decorate with sprinkles before allowing them to set.
