Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and chopped dill.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
