- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the BBQ sauce. Mix until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top.
- In the last five minutes of baking, brush the meatballs with additional BBQ sauce before removing them from the oven.
- Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
