- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water according to package directions. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks. Once cooled, crumble into fine pieces.
- Mix crumbled cake with cream cheese frosting until fully combined. Roll into one-inch balls.
- Chill the cake balls in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Melt white chocolate melts in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled cake ball into melted chocolate using lollipop sticks as handles. Decorate with sprinkles if desired and set upright until hardened.
