Method
 

Baking Process
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  6. Drop dollops of dough onto prepared baking sheets and insert lollipop sticks before baking.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges but still soft in the center.
  8. Once cooled, dip in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
