Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard Dijon or yellow
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, then covering and letting sit for 10-12 minutes. Cool and peel the eggs.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, chop the hard-boiled eggs and add mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Serve
  1. Serve the egg salad on bread, in a wrap, or on a bed of greens. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
