Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets 17.3 oz, 2 sheets
  • 1 egg for egg wash whisked with 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and Parmesan cheese; mix until well combined.
  4. Roll out each puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface into rectangles about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Cut into squares measuring approximately 4 inches.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in each square and fold corners over to seal tightly.
  7. Brush each bomb with the egg wash for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
