- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and Parmesan cheese; mix until well combined.
- Roll out each puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface into rectangles about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut into squares measuring approximately 4 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in each square and fold corners over to seal tightly.
- Brush each bomb with the egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
