  • 6 medium Tomatillos husked and rinsed
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro packed
  • 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine tomatillos, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth or to your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips or as a topping.

Notes
