Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
Grill the Salmon
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
