Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and gradually blend them into the flour mixture.
  2. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated. Allow the batter to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to create an even layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until tiny bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for an additional minute until golden brown.
  6. Stack cooked crepes on a plate and fill with your favorite ingredients before serving.
