Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 4 slices Ciabatta bread or any Italian bread
Meats
  • 4 oz Salami
  • 4 oz Capicola
  • 4 oz Mortadella
Cheese
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Pepperoncini sliced
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar for drizzling
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Method
 

Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Slice the ciabatta bread in half horizontally.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. Layer the salami, capicola, and mortadella on top of the mustard.
  4. Add the provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Top with shredded romaine lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and pepperoncini.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Close the sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta bread and press down gently.
  8. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters for serving.
