Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, zest, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon skin-side down on the sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and pour remaining marinade over fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  6. For extra caramelization, broil for an additional minute while watching closely.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
