  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup water adjust for desired consistency
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional for heat

Method
 

Make the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Gradually add water until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
