Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced can substitute with canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, diced pineapple, and diced red bell pepper.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
