Method
 

Biscuit Making
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface and pat into a 1-inch thick round. Cut out biscuits and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Au Jus Preparation
  1. While biscuits bake, heat broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan to create au jus.
  2. Slice baked biscuits open, fill with roast beef, and serve with au jus.
