Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Fettuccine or pasta of choice
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Peas fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz Smoked salmon sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill chopped

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add peas and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Stir in the smoked salmon and Parmesan cheese, mixing well until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Remove from heat and stir in fresh dill.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately, garnished with additional dill and Parmesan if desired.
