  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and toss roasted cauliflower in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  5. Return to baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes for extra crispiness.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
