Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 4 pieces slider buns
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • fresh herbs (thyme or oregano) to taste
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Method
 

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and any herbs. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into equal patties (about 2 oz each) slightly larger than the buns.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Cook patties for about 4–5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
  5. In the last couple of minutes of cooking, toast the slider buns cut-side down until golden brown.
  6. Assemble each slider by placing a turkey patty on a bun and adding lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, and any preferred toppings.
