- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, cream together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture without overmixing. Fold in chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly soft. Allow cooling on baking sheets before transferring to plates.
